Spot the difference
The artist's impression below of a Linden Homes development in Osterley Road rises to three storeys only. They had wanted to build to four but were required by the planning process to restrict the height to three stories. It is clear to us that exactly the same restriction is required along the frontage of the Campion House site. It is even more important to do this on the Campion site than in Osterely Road given the nature of the housing opposite in the two cases.
