How would the open space change?
The images below show the current designated local open space and what would happen to it under the proposals to develop the Campion House site. About 50% of it would disappear. Some land would be released in the front of the site but it would not be a part of local open space (and thereby be protected from future development) unless it were to be designated as such at some time in the future. Even if this were to be done the loss of open space would still be of the order of 30%.
